1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the access to and use of the services provided by Mineswap (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By registering and using the services, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Platform: Mineswap.cloud, including all related services and functionalities.

  • User: Any natural or legal person who accesses and uses Mineswap’s services.

  • Cryptocurrencies: Digital assets, including Bitcoin, the main currencies listed on CoinMarketCap, and other selected projects.

  • DCA: Investment strategy based on Dollar Cost Averaging, aimed at minimizing risks through periodic investments.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

Mineswap provides a platform for:

  • Investment in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and other major coins.

  • Portfolio diversification into projects with high liquidity and potential.

  • Access to investment opportunities with a minimum amount of $50.

4. INVESTMENT AND STRATEGY

4.1 Investment Distribution:

  • 50% in Bitcoin.

  • 30% in the top 10 cryptocurrencies listed on CoinMarketCap.

  • 20% in Top 100 CoinMarketCap projects with high potential.

4.2 Risks: While the DCA strategy seeks to minimize risks, investments in cryptocurrencies are volatile and do not guarantee future returns.

4.3 Profitability: The projected profitability is up to 10% monthly. Actual results will depend on market conditions.

5. FUND WITHDRAWALS

5.1 Minimum Amount: Withdrawals can be made starting from $50.

5.2 Withdrawal Fee: A 10% fee applies to the requested amount.

5.3 Wallet Configuration: The user is responsible for providing a valid and accurate wallet address to receive funds.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information during registration and use of the Platform.

  • Correctly configure their wallet to avoid transaction errors.

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Mineswap will not be liable for:

  • Losses resulting from cryptocurrency market volatility.

  • Errors in wallet configuration by the user.

  • Service interruptions or technical failures that temporarily affect operations.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

User personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform. Mineswap takes reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

Mineswap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the Platform, and continued use of the services will imply acceptance of the changes.

10. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Mineswap is registered. Any disputes arising from their interpretation or application will be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
